Product Description
M24 x 160mm High Tensile Set Bolt manufactured to DIN 931 dimensions with a Grade 10.9 strength classification and self colour finish. Designed for high-strength mechanical, engineering and steel fabrication applications where a partially threaded hexagon head bolt is required.Manufactured from high-strength quenched and tempered steel, Grade 10.9 fasteners provide excellent tensile strength for heavily loaded bolted connections. The partially threaded design provides a plain shank through part of the bolt length, making these set bolts suitable for structural, machinery and general engineering assemblies.
The self colour finish leaves the steel without a protective zinc coating, making these bolts particularly suitable for dry environments, fabrication work, machinery assembly or applications where the finished assembly will subsequently be painted or otherwise protected.
