The Versadrive clutched tapping system is a unique method of effectively threading blind holes without risking damage to your taps. Fit the adapter to a high-power, reversible Morse Taper magnetic drill, insert a Versadrive Spiral Flute Impactatap and start tapping. When the tap makes contact with the bottom of the hole, the clutch will engage and prevent the tap from breaking.
