Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping

Standard Shipping

 

- Delivery Time: Our standard shipping service aims to deliver your order within 2-3 business days.

- Cost: Standard shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the total weight and dimensions of your order.

- Processing Time: Orders placed before 5 PM GMT will be processed the same day and dispatched the next working day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

 

Delivery Details

 

- Carrier Services: We partner with reliable courier services to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time.

- Delivery Locations: We deliver to addresses across the UK, including the Channel Islands and Northern Ireland.

- Delivery Attempts: Our courier will make up to three attempts to deliver your package. If the delivery is unsuccessful after the third attempt, the package will be returned to us, and we will contact you to arrange redelivery or a refund.

 

Next Day Delivery

 

- Availability: At present, we do not offer next day delivery on all products. Please check individual product pages for specific delivery options and availability.

- Exceptions: If next day delivery is available for a product, it will be clearly indicated on the product page, along with the associated costs and conditions.

 

Order Tracking

 

- Tracking Information: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to the courier's tracking page.

- Status Updates: You can check the status of your delivery at any time using the tracking information provided.

- Public Holidays: Please note that shipping times may be affected during public holidays. We will notify you of any delays.
